除此之外,主廚級的舅舅還特地買了才料要來教我們「桶仔雞」的做法,三隻雞喔! 三隻!
材料: 整隻雞、鹽巴、米酒2-3瓶、醬油少許、金針菇、高麗菜(搭配個人喜愛)
器具: 油桶、開罐器、大鐵臉盆、大鐵碗(平底)、噴火槍、木炭、布和塑膠手套、磚塊x2、碗盤
備料時間: 15分鐘
蒸煮時間: 1小時多一點
雞肉烤完之後,整隻雞香米酒入味,真的是好吃的嚇人!!! 冬天喝雞湯米酒真的好暖和喔~

The aim for today isn't only to have the time of our lives, but also learning Uncle's famous Chicken in a Can special. He brought three whole chickens! THREE!
Ingredients: whole chicken, salt, rice wine 2-3 bottles, soy salt (for color), enoki mushroom, cabbage (depends on what you like, GO BIG!)
Equipments: oil container, can opener, big metal basin, big metal bowl (flat bottom), flame gun, charcoal, cloth and plastic gloves, two bricks, and bowls, plates (for eating)
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Cooking time: 1 hour and a little bit more
Once the chicken is cooked, viola! The chicken meat is so tender it falls right off the bones. The rice wine is completely absorbed into the chicken, and comes out as the best chicken soup ever. Why not give it a try!
